How many credits does a generation cost?
Every model shows its exact credit price before you generate, never after. A photo edit with Grok Imagine costs 4 credits, a full video clip 63 with Grok Imagine Video or 88 with Kling 2.5, and the cinematic tier runs 378 credits for Seedance 2.0 Reference and 800 for Veo 3.1 Reference. The per-model prices are listed on /models.
Do unused credits expire?
Credit packs never expire. Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle (use them or lose them — by design).
Monthly vs yearly?
Yearly bills once and saves you 20% (≈ 2.4 free months). Same credits, same features, cancel renewal anytime.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in one click from your billing portal. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets 100 free credits, no card required — enough for a full AI video or around 25 image edits. When you run out, the $9 Starter pack adds 500 credits and they never expire.
What if a generation fails?
Technical failures (provider outage, timeout) are automatically refunded. Content-policy rejections (photorealistic real faces, unsafe prompts) are not refunded — please review your prompt and reference image before submitting.
Do promo codes apply to yearly plans?
No. Yearly plans already include a built-in −20% discount, so promo codes like LAUNCH25 only apply to monthly plans and one-shot credit packs.
How does billing work?
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically; you can update your card, download invoices, or cancel anytime from Account → Billing settings.
Can I get a refund on unused credits?
Pack credits are non-refundable but never expire. For subscription payments, contact us within 7 days if you haven't used any credits and we'll process a refund.
