🏠 How to use AI video for real estate listings

Real estate video used to mean a drone operator and a two-day edit. AI collapses it into an evening — from listing photos to full walk-through reel.

Start with your listing photos

Every AI real estate video starts from the photos the listing already has. The higher the resolution, the better — the AI inherits the sharpness of the input.

Animate each room with image-to-video

Feed each photo into Kling 2.5 with a motion-only prompt: 'slow dolly-in through the living room, subtle natural window light shift, gentle push toward the window'. Cinema-grade motion, zero drone.

Cut the tour

Order the clips as a natural walkthrough (entrance → living → kitchen → bedrooms → outdoor). 5–8 seconds per room, gentle music, one on-screen caption per space.

Add exterior hero shots

For the opening and closing, generate a wide exterior at golden hour from a single facade photo. That hero shot is what stops the scroll in the feed.
